Our journey started with a humble beginning long back in 1995 in Shanghai and later moved to Taizhou Zhejiang Province. Our cutting-edge ACP manufacturing facilities in Taizhou are equipped with world-class machineries and state-of-the-art equipment that enable us to create the most reliable products and deliver perfection to customers all over the world. AluEastbond’s production lines are equiped with 5 pressing rollers after the 14 heating chambers, while other factories’ production lines are still using 3 rollers and 7 heating chamers. And we add extra filters after the extrusion, which enble us to filter out 99% of the impurities, that’s why we can make panels with flawless finish without any dots or dents.
AluEastbond is equipped with 2 colour coating lines, which enable us to do aluminum skin coating by ourselves, so we can ensure the quality by carry out the quality inspection from the begining, and we can save the production cost by doing so.
